Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You can return a blaster within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original box with all parts.

How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
2. We confirm the return and arrange collection in the UAE.
3. Once we have checked the item, we refund you to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video. We collect it free of charge and send a replacement or a full refund.

What cannot be returned

• Blasters that have been fired, modified or opened
• Opened gel packs and used batteries

Returns from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar: please contact us first so we can arrange the best option.
