Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on agb.ae.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older. By ordering you confirm your age and that you will follow our safety rules and the laws of your country.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% UAE VAT. We never charge extra for paying by card or digital wallet. You receive a tax invoice by email.

Orders

We confirm your order by email and WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we refund any payment in full.

Delivery

See Delivery across the Gulf. Orders outside the UAE may be subject to local duties, taxes and import rules, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns and warranty

See Returns and refunds and Warranty and spare parts. These do not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
