Warranty and spare parts

Every AGB blaster comes with a 6-month warranty in the UAE, starting on the delivery date.

What is covered

• Manufacturing faults in the gearbox, motor, wiring and body
• Parts that fail in normal use

What is not covered

• Damage from drops, misuse, water or wrong batteries
• Wear parts such as gels, seals and batteries after normal use
• Changes made by anyone other than AGB, unless you fitted an AGB upgrade following our guide

How a claim works

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short video of the problem.
2. We collect the blaster in the UAE and repair or replace it.
